what rewire? you just put a small gauge wire from the + side fuze on the brake lights to the - side fuse of the horn. Step on the brakes, power goes to the horn relay, horn honks. Let off brake, relay opens, horn stops. To undo, person tugs wire out of fuse holder, done, zero damage and you have also made sure if it overcharges/powers a fuse will blow rather than something important.

As I said, huge difference between stuff that is harmless (zip ties on a drive shaft) and putting a sticker on paint/plastic trim/glass and/or modifying someones car with gull wings like the ****ing retard OP wanted to do. I am all for a great practical joke as long as no one is hurt and no ones property is damaged. Its when you get *******s like "law" that don't care who or what they hurt/damage, and the OP who clearly has no clue what the **** they are doing, that problems come up.

It's probably because he thinks he's god almighty and he can do no wrong even with threats of physical assault?

You keep accusing me of something I've never done and keep attacking my character saying that I'm willing to damage property, good thing nobody in life relies on your judge of character or else we'd be all screwed. Your life must suck to have so much hate for people.

Not that I think you give a ****, or even fathom the humanity it takes to be a good person.

So let me see if I understood this correctly...Breaking into a person's engine compartment and doing something that will potentially blow a fuse or something more important is perfectly non-criminal and harmless in your book? You also assume the person will know exactly what to look for to undo you pranks (or will they be idiots and not deserve to live if they do not?).

I seriously confused how you see messing with mechanical and electrical components of a vehicle as harmless versus static non-operational ones (ie sticker on a window).

LOL! So I'm guessing you think you're a great person and have the greatest passion of humanity especially with all those threat of violence against those you disagree with, the wishing of death upon those who you "hate", and you accuse people of wrongdoing with no thread of evidence and keep attacking a person's character like you know them oh so well. The irony that you spew is hilarious. You must have not been loved enough as a child. Like I said, good thing people don't rely on you as a person who can judge character because this world would be screwed.

Let me get you some tampons for all that PMS'ing you do

Irony at it's best. Messing with electrical stuff, nothing bad can happen.

Stupid is as stupid does?
