what rewire? you just put a small gauge wire from the + side fuze on the brake lights to the - side fuse of the horn. Step on the brakes, power goes to the horn relay, horn honks. Let off brake, relay opens, horn stops. To undo, person tugs wire out of fuse holder, done, zero damage and you have also made sure if it overcharges/powers a fuse will blow rather than something important.

As I said, huge difference between stuff that is harmless (zip ties on a drive shaft) and putting a sticker on paint/plastic trim/glass and/or modifying someones car with gull wings like the ****ing retard OP wanted to do.
