my speaker phone works fine in the car as well...motorola Q.

but this law is ridiculous......how are they EVER going to enforce it? Its such a 'he said/she said' thing.

I can see the court hearing's for it now....

Cop to judge: "I saw this guy talking on his phone, so I gave him a ticket."

defendant: "Was the phone on? Prove it."

Cop: "I saw your lips moving, and you were having a conversation"

defendant: "To whom was I talking to? What was the conversation about? I was just talking to myself, prove I wasn't."

Unless they're going to subpoena your phone records, this is going to be a huge waste of time.

the iPhone has made me a more responsible driver, its too hard to text on while driving, but I'm fine with that. I love the stereo I got, now its like I have one of those old car phones that only rich doctors had back in the day. Microphone by the visor and phone calls coming out of the speakers...I wonder what it'd be like if I had subs

I know, there are going to be WAY! more accidents. But i like getting in front of girls in their Jettas in the fastlane doing 60 and slowly slowing down.

Girls will be texting like crazy with their big sunglasses on, no cops will be able to tell what they are looking at.

most of the drivers that talk on the phone while driving are women. i can't wait to see how many women will be pulled over for no hands-free.

i love this law.

All internet exaggerations aside, i'll probably have a bluetooth headset in a couple years. I know some people are important and have jobs where they need to keep in touch with others haha. But the dad at his son's little league game with a fricken robot in his ear jabber jawing away i still want to punch in his bluetooth.

is driving while wearing an earflap beanie with your phone inside of it legal? thats what i do in my miata, because you cant hear isht otherwise.

i just hate investing in these luxurious technologies. Give me a computer, phone, and microwave and im set...i dont want any additional equipment.

But i might use my bluetooth money for an HD radio since i dont own an ipod...are HD radios any good?
