I think another law they need to put in place is no driving with the gangsta lean! I mean seriously, how can fools that do that possibly have a clear field of vision while the left side of their head is resting against the b-pillar lol...

As far as the cell phone law goes I'm all for it, too many idiots out there can't handle it and end up driving like drunks.

but this law is ridiculous......how are they EVER going to enforce it? Its such a 'he said/she said' thing.

I can see the court hearing's for it now....

Cop to judge: "I saw this guy talking on his phone, so I gave him a ticket."

defendant: "Was the phone on? Prove it."

Cop: "I saw your lips moving, and you were having a conversation"

defendant: "To whom was I talking to? What was the conversation about? I was just talking to myself, prove I wasn't."

Unless they're going to subpoena your phone records, this is going to be a huge waste of time.
Why would you have a phone up to your ear/mouth when you aren't using it? That's pretty plain and simple, if the phone is around that area, you are using it.

I washed my headset. Needless to say it doesn't work anmymore. Yesterday - bought one that clips on the visor. Speaker phone style. It's a moto. Works really well. Noise cancel, loud and clear. Best part it stays in the car, I don't have to worry about it sticking to my head or leaving it in my pocket.

Found it Moto T305

It would be like talking to Darth Vader. All the time.

I have a Plantronic Discovery 665 that got really good reviews and I paid $30 for on eBay. Radical. It stays in my car. I don't use it when I'm outside the car. I hate it, but it's better than a ticket.
