So while replacing the transmission on my cousins 318i I ended up smacking myself in the face with a socket on the end of a 2ft extension... I laughed, said something about it "not seeming like you did any work unless you skinned a knuckle" or something to that effect... not two minutes later I did the *exact* same thing and split open the lump that was growing on my forehead from the first time.

Take an Ibuprofen and put some ice on it.

i dropped the stock downpipe on my face and bent my glasses a little. good thing they bent back into shape after.

I was on the receiving end but it wasn't my fault. When installing my cbe i was putting the rear hanger on (or something down with my head right next to the pipe by the muffler) while my cousin was attaching it to the DP. He goes, "Damn I think this bolt is about to snap" Since it was flat going onto the donut flange he was tightening it down like a ****. Not 15 seconds later does the bolt snap. Damn the echo left my ears ringing for about 30 minutes.

done that enough times. Ill be working on something underneath the car and the ratchet will slip fall down and hit me in the face. thats always fun
