ticket for PAYING at toll bridge...wtf?!

The Law states that if they (the state) cant prove beyond a resnable doubt then you are off the hook... They didnt get a pic of his face driving. Case closed....
Now... if it was a 211 or a 20001a/20002 Then yeah your going to be in the sling.. Til you fess up...
The courts dont have time to play the whos' who in the toll booth game anyways.....
What happens if the ticket should up 3 months down the road.... if you loan your car out all the time are you going to remeber who was driving that day???
There you go.. No face Pic no Case.... Why do you think they are being *****es about front lic plates..... That gets your face and a plate.... Some dont like this because is lets the motorcycle crowd off the hook. No front plate and always wearing a helmet... But then The CHP is notifed after a few times and they sety up to snag your ***...

you dont even have to go to court. just reply to the letter telling them to check the video showing that you paid. this happened to me last year and thats what i did. they let me off. i didnt even go to court or anything. just mailed a reply letter.
now everytime i go through the toll, i make sure that the screens say that i paid BEFORE I pass on through the toll.

You must have been using a car other then the one you signed up with. If your fastrak doesn't get picked up they take a picture, look at the plate number and see if your a customer and charge that account. If you don't have an account you give a ticket for like $11, $3 toll and $8 fine.

The collector had to enter in a code in order for a picture to be taken, Maybe you were a jerk or something, or maybe the car in front of you didn't have money. Alot of things could've happened, you can call the number on the ticket and get it waived one time I believe.
I started doing that ever since I noticed that screen.
