what do people get pulled over at the bay bridge toll plaza?
I've always wondered about this, every day as i drive to work, i see people pulled over by the CHP in the section between the toll booth traffic lights and before getting on the bridge. what could these people have done to get a ticket, traffic is usually too packed to speed even if one wanted to.
