well you would continue your existing your contract your have now but once your contract is up you either have to choose a cingular plan or choose another wireless service provider. As of Nov 15th you can migrate over to cingular reguardless if contract or not, If you wanted to use your current phone it must be GSM and you would need to get it unlocked from a 3rd party vendor(moms & pops shop) We also just got our shipment of Nokia 6230's in so it should be up for sale prolly next week.

i'll buy the cable and try my luck to see if I can unlock it myself...I had luck with siemens and samsung phones, hopefully the LG isn't too bad...I got it for free so i dont mind kickin down $10 for a cable
