If your getting it from PI u have to configure your internet settings if you use GPRS on the phone also check all the spellings on the phone, a customer of mine had a phone from PI and lets just say that all the text spelled on the phone had a filipino accent hahahahah no disrespect btw im flip too hahahahah

its nearly identical to my 6600, and it's a bad *** phone. Kinda on the large size, but worth it!

I paid $250 for a unlocked used one in perfect condition from Ebay.

I'm getting a new 6620 unlocked from ebay for $250 shipped coming on friday so hopefully it is as described. Hey Gagan do you have to tell your a t &t that your changing phones or just put your original sim card on the new phone and it will work right away?

lambert, if its an unlocked phone, any GSM SIM card would work, no need to notify anyone

Nope, no need to tell anyone...

Actually, a 6620 is EVEN BETTER, because it's a AT&T phone... Once you get the SIM card in, you can add insurance, and they will cover that 6620 for $5/mo.

They will not cover my 6600 since it's originally a T-Mobile phone. AT&T Still thinks i'm using my NEC 525 (Which is insured, and my father is using).

Speaking of Phones...I've been thinking of upgrading myself. Was also looking at that Nokia 6600 - but that new Motorola A630 sure looks nice!! Cingular users, What plan are you on and are you happy with it?

here are images of the new Motorola.

so what happens when att finally switches over to cingular and i want a new phone? i have att right now.. would i need a new simcard? i like my att pland with unlimited incoming text.. i use a lot of text and i hated how cingular had it so incoming text was the same as outgoing =/

i've wanted that nokia 6230 in black for a while now.. would be a nice upgrade from my 6200
