swaybar/endlinks upgrade
Definitely should upgrade the rear mounts when doing the upgrades for the rear section of the car (be it sway bar or even just the endlinks). The stock mounts are really flimsy.
You can talk to Steven's Creek Subaru to get the i-Club discount, but make sure you get everything listed inside this kit below as I made the mistake of just ordering the actual mount and found out that I needed the other stuff as well.

Personally, I would say just get the 04+ mounts and go from there. They are far sturdier than what came on the Bugeye's originally and they won't break the bank. Chances are they are going to be all you need, but if you do find that down the line you end up driving to where you need to replace these you still weren't out very much money from the get go anyways.
IIRC the front endlinks are already metal, but the rears are plastic. Some people choose to keep the stock front endlinks and only replace the rears. I personally just replaced both sets as I like to have matching components, but that may also be another area where you could potentially save money by not going with a more expensive upgrade.
I personally love the Whiteline products so I do recommend them, but whatever you get you probably want to go with an adjustable setup to help fine tune to your driving style. What works for my particular driving style may not be what you like and find preferable so it may take some time to really dial in how you want your car to be setup.

That depends on which endlinks you get as Whiteline does offer 2 different styles. The have the wire design endlinks (I wouldn't recommend getting those) and they have the beefier looking endlinks that look like a C shape.
If in doubt, FLAT OUT

Why do you guys hate on the 04+ wrx rear sway bar mounts? They're a beefier upgrade than the flimsy 02-03 ones aren't they?

24 adjustable with solid endlinks work from softest to hardest.dont change the front out.
When you're talking about the 27mm bar or any diameter bar, are you referring to the front sway bar or rear sway bar?
If I have this down correct, upgrading a front sway bar will increase my speed into a turn because it's raising the threshold, but still producing more understeer right? I only don't feel that it's adding understeering because the limit of understeer has been raised and I have not yet taken it there right?
And the opposite would be with rear sways right? producing more oversteer so that my rear wheels start to turn a little faster than they did before?
As for endlinks, are you saying I should change just the rear endlinks or front endlinks as well? I'm assuming most people are talking about the rear endlinks right?

@joltdudeuc, I'll probably just buy endlinks(when I figure out rear or front) and see how much of a difference that makes, and then sways. Your logic makes sense to me lol. There is no real huge difference between the whiteline endlinks and the kartboy endlinks are there? Other than the fact that the whiteline endlinks look nice and shiney in gold

If the fronts are made of metal, then you can skimp on it, but I'd replace them with some aftermarket ones as well.
These ones:
Front:

Rear:
Front bar will makes the car's steering snappier. Less effort to get the car to move left and right, think emergency lane change maneuver. But at speed, through a constant radius sweeping bend, it will understeer sooner, but not with any more or less effect, just sooner, because with a bigger bar, you are planting the outside tire, and tend to take weight off the inside tire sooner.
For the rear, you will feel the car rotate and turn better when you back off the gas pedal in a turn. As you lift, the weight of the car moves forward, lifting the rear. The outside tire gets pushed down, and the inside tires lifts up, sometimes off the ground with enough bar, like this:

(that was a real quick lift of the gas as I'm going through that chicago box)
