Also, what are you trying to warranty? and what mods do you have done to your car? I might be able to save you some headache by telling you what needs to be removed...
I have ProDrive Springs, Cusco rear sway bar and Whiteline endlinks, that's all.

I have been researching and got this checked out at the shop with no resolution thus far.

I have a creaking noise in my front left strut area that is only getting worse, always happens when pulling out of a parking spot, usually with sharper turns. Also, when coming to a complete stop I sometimes can feel a shift, and a hear a thump in the same area.

Starting to concern me...

Thanks for all the feedback here, you guys rock!

Peace...

that is my dilema, i used to work in redwood city and have gone to Carlson plenty of times. Last time they told me that i have a after market exhaust and it is kinda cool, Did never give me trouble.

Now i am getting a job in santa clara so i cannot go to stevens creek as they are a holes.

My service and oil change schedule is screwed now.

+1 for santa cruz.

I used to work at stevens creek and they messed up more cars in service than a 4 year old with match box cars in a sand box. and then to top it off, they either take longer than estimated on your car or they will just blatently not do the job right (for example not install the fuel filter and give it to me in a box telling me to do it), very nice!

I've talked with the Assistant Service Manager at Fremont and they're pretty mod friendly.
