so what do you guys do after you workout? like sports?

I dont work out, but if you rode dirtbikes on the track every other day, you would be so ripped.
i cant even do 3 full on laps without running out of breath and collapsing when i stop.
my whole body is sore when i get back from 5 hours of riding.

I was thinking about XC mtnbiking (opposed to my downhill riding getting a ride to the top by truck)

i just dont understand, if your gonna climb stairs at the gym, you might as well climb a trail outside and accomplish something fun (the view, or experience)

Not here to show off, I use to be pretty chunky. Just wanted to show you that it is definitely possible to reach that goal. Just put some effort into it. Feeling healthy and looking healthy is such a plus. heres a few pics , hopefully no one hates here.

Wow you;re on a ****load of supplements, Some I have experienced myself, but I'm only taking whey protein and some multi vitamins now. Keep up the good work you massive giant.

Oh yeah, and I opted to get lean/ripped instead of getting huge. I mean I can still lift alot for my weight and size, but I'm not concern with that. I mean I'm never going to approach a female and say "guess what, I can bench 300lbs", because that sh*t won't impress them. But a ripped body gets them lookin, then all you need left is knowing how to talk to females, and shizaam. lol Once again, this is motivational talk.

Be advised I'm not taking all those supps at one time, right now just taking whey I+PRO PWO and 100% ON between meals and a scoop of whey and casein before bed, also take a multi and fish oil/flax I use certain supps at certain points of training. Like. I said have leaned out from that picture and put on about 10 more pounds I myself am not doing it for the ladies been with the same one for almost 6 years but if I was single I'd be cutting like a **** to get under 15%

Screw these supplements unless you actually have free money laying around.

NOexplode, and all BSN and Xyience products - HOW DO YOU THINK ICEMAN, RONNIE COLEMAN, TRIPLE H ARE THE PRODUCT PUSHERS FOR THESE BRANDS? cause, they spend lots of money on marketing, which then means they jack up their prices. As a previous poster mentioned NOexplode is mainly caffeine. I think 3.5g of creatine each serving too forgot. Why not just pound a mountain dew?

Always be caffeinated to up your metabolism. Plain old micronized creatine. <20 bucks for a kilo that'll last you ~100-200 days. You're not trying to be a bodybuilder, you just want to get jacked.

Chicks were motivation enough for me

In college I was pretty hefty..finally manned up and lost the flab, got WAAAY more *** after that

I work out at the 24hr on lawrence/arques over my lunch break, so morning cardio at my apt gym

in college I was 6' 225 (size 38 pants were quite snug). I couldnt lift for ****..when college was over I was 170, size 32 jeans, benched 225, DL and sqat 315

Then I started working again, got up to 195ish (still much stronger though). Been at it again for a few months, at 180ish now, shooting for 170once again
