Summer's Almost Here [GYM THREAD]
Summer is almost here again, and it's time to get in shape and get LAID .. haha ! I've been going to the gym now for about 1 year consistently 4-5 times a week spending at least an hour working out. I've noticed positive results and feel great, so should you!
Nothing is hogger than a fit dude/fit chick around in a subby!!!!11
I'm always looking for workout partners so lets try to find each other =]
GYM: 24 HOUR FITNESS
DAY/TIME: Mon,Wed : 9pm on.. Tues,Thur,Fri 4pm on
Muscle Groups Worked (exercises) Chest (bench [flat+incline+decline], various chest press machines, free weight dumbell exercies)Triceps (pulldowns, close gripped bench, tricep kickback) Shoulders (Shoulder Press, dumbell flys, clingys, millitary press) Back (Rows, lat pulldowns) Biceps (barbell curls, dumbell curls. cables] Legs (Squats, legpress, running) Abs (crunches, machines, ball)
SO WHO'S DOWN TO GET FIT!!
i also have guest passes for people that want to try out 24hr for 20 days.
Lets get ripped for the summer !!

Damn, I hecka need the motivation to start working out. Shed my skinny white-boy ways!
Too bad I live an hour away... but I got a Bowflex. Just need to use it.

That NO-XPLODE is some crazy stuff...I use that too. The warning is true too about shaking it. It blew the top off of my shaker, really. Stirring FTW. Too bad you're in Santa Rosa. I go to the Camden/Hillsdale Sport in San Jose 4 days a week
