I'm signed up for 24. I'm thinking about going at 7 AM before work every morning to train myself. Aka, get fit - but I'm ultra unmotivated.

I finally forced myself to go. I go like 5-6 times a week to 24 hr fitness over in san ramon. Once you get going its not bad, and even if you don't feel like going you need to. Its all about will power. Think of yourself as a pvssy if you don't get off ur *** for an hour and a half every day or even every other day to make sure you stay fit. Worked for me :P.

no xplode ( as well as any other nitric oxide supplement) is nothing more than a crap load of caffeine and sugar, its good stuff for your plateau days , but using it daily will wear your tolerance and you'll feel close to nothing. it's main use is for cell mascularity and nothing else ( when paired with a good creatine suppelement) but i wouldn't use it everyday. i work out at the 24hr on Santa Theresa and sometimes the one on Mckee road, i see a few subies there , but i'm usually just in an out, i go pretty late too ( 9pmish). my best advice for anyone wanting to get ripped for the summer is drop the supplements ( unless your'e a long devoted gym head aka 1yr plus) and get your gains from your food, tehre's nothing better than whole fresh food : watch your protein, fat and vegetable intake and you'll see faster results than any supplement can offer, plus its healthier and cheaper ! goodluck!

check out:

www.davedraper.com

(Specifically: http://www.davedraper.com/fitness_pr...oduct/SBB.html )

For one of the best brand of protein you can buy. It's not cheap and don't take it
before you're going to sleep if you have trouble sleeping...but you will not find better.

There's also a lot of good information and some free inspiration. It helped me get started when I first decided to work out years ago.

Wow first post in this thread that was worth 2 cents, best BB supplements are whole foods, NO products are for noobs that hadn't figured out the game yet. Stack some steak, chicken with a good creatine and a whey shake pwo and you will grow. Been serious about BB for almost 2 years you can see before and after picts on bodyspace.com me and ze33 are there. Ballys global ghey gym in fremont for me 5 days a week but I'm not trying to get in "shape" for the summer I'm on a last bulk before summer with 3 more weeks of an SD cycle then after pct I will begin a cut for summer. I see subys parked at my gym from time to time

i been with 24 for almost 4 yrs now. i got a special and now i only pay like 20 a year . But i've moved my training to mostly muay thai. I find that this kind of body weight training is great cardio and at the same time developes your reflexes, agility, flexibility, and endurance. And for me, i dont really need any of supplements to help me get in the mood, i'm kind of addicited to the muay thai training. 8 oz of redbull and im good to go. oh and for some great training techniques, go check out www.rosstraining.com

P.S ross is a crazy guy.

If you dedicate youself to it, you will definitely see results in 2-3 months. If your goal is to lose weight and gain muscle, then eat less per meal but more meals. I usually try to mix in 1 or 2 shakes (yogurt, milk, cliffbar). And not eating after 9 helps a lot with losing weight as well.
