Stupid Santa Cruz parking!!!!!!!

Man WTF. I put 2 hours in my meter and just took a look at it and got an f'in ticket. I must have missed it by 2 minutes... TOPS. They must have been just sitting by my car waiting for it to flip.

Sons of a *****. This is why I never come down town.

Man, that sucks Ray! The Monterey ones are sometimes nice. I forgot to feed the meter when I ran in to get coffee one morning. I was walking back up the hill to may car going "****! ****! ****! ****!" She hadn't finished inputting the ticket yet though, so she told me to feed the meter and I'd be fine.

Pacific Grove is absolutely the worst though.

I guess they have to pay for the homeless clean up somehow. Just wish they'd stick to giving tickets to tourists. Grrrrrrrrr. Car is parked literally less than 30 feet from me. I didn't even seen the SOB write the ticket.

Hopefully they're still under $30.

I effin HATE parking enforcement... omfg... they've costed me well over 1k in tickets. My girlfriend used to live in the dorms at Berkeley, and I would park infront of her place and they were freaking vultures. If I spent the night there, I had to be at my car by 8 am or there was a ticket (even on saturdays, so that makes for a fun hungover wake up).

I've gotten tickets for a lot of dumb reasons and they're no cheap tickets.Ffor no front license plate it was $40, and there's street sweeping on my street and when I first moved here I got 4 tickets for it. There's only 1 sign on each side of the street and they're covered by trees (tried to fight it and they said its the tree owner's fault, not theirs). Every 2nd tuesday of the month my side gets sweeped, then the next day the other side gets sweeped... its a $60 ticket, and I parked on the opposite side the next day just to be sure and got a second one..
