I know their reputation in the Bay Area and basically how they got run out of the Bay Area, but I never knew how horrible they STILL are until today...
2 weeks ago ordered a seat, slider, and rails because they were the only place online that had the seat in stock. At first, I didn't want the sliders or base, but they insisted that they would fit and be the same as my driver side (Wedge Engineering). I called on a Thursday (Jun 18th) and they said they don't have the sliders/base in stock so they would have to pick it up and ship it out on Monday/Tuesday. So then called them Thursday July 2nd and they said they don't know where exactly where my order is, but can give me a tracking number. So I get the tracking number while at work, get home and check it out online to find that THEY SHIPPED IT OUT JULY 2ND. I figured whatever since this is the only place that has that specific seat in stock...
Fast forward to today when everything FINALLY came in and I was putting it together to put it into my car right before work. I took out the passenger seat and everything and started to assemble the seat. Low and behold, put on the sliders and realize there's no way to attach the seat+sliders to the base. Call them up and tell me have to buy extra hardware and sorry. Ask to return and then 25% restocking fee + paying for shipping back to them.

Cliffs: Gruppe-Suck lied, any other business with them died.

call your credit card company. they will get you the money and deal with the vendor, you will not be charged the 25% restock fee either. basically, you bought something via the web and you had no opportunity to examine it. it arrived defective or not as advertised, as a consumer you are entitled to 100% of your money back.

bad times with Gruppe_suck too. pre-ordered a V-limited front lip. They said that they'd have it in stock when i was going to be in town (in UC) and i specifically asked to reserve it and they agreed. So I call them the day before i came up and they said it was in their warehouse and it was waiting to get picked up. Go the next day in teh morning, ask where my front lip was and they said that they don't have it. I said that i paid for the lip. It should be reserved. They said basically that somebody else came in and paid for it and picked it up. After a 5min long argument about what it means to reserve an item and keep it saved, i told them i want my money back. They agreed to refund my credit card and that was the last i did business with them. The guy at the counter's attitude was "sucks to be you". So ya.. if you haven't learned by now, let us repeat.
