Not sure if being sarcastic.

I know some idiots claim it helps lower underhood temps, but the reality is, it will do NOTHING for underhood temps in most cases.
Nothing JDM about that. Cross pollination of trends between muscle cars and imports is a most curious thing, is it not?

Altezza lights have been around for longer, and it's still a lame fad. You figure even the Altezza itself doesn't even have those lights anymore.

"TRY WAIT" is another Hawaii thing which I also have on my car. It's means "just a sec" or something along those lines.

Just like "WATUFAKA" is sort of like "oh hello, what are you up to today?" or something along those lines... HAHA..
Quoted the wrong post, but yeah, the GIANT "Ainokea" stickers are kinda silly. I also think the petroglyph decals are getting played out as well. And anything "Da Hui" is just lame as ****.
I have a "Wat, boddah you?!" decal that I never put on.

Yeah I guess so but it sucks that people made the stuff that was actually cool suck now. Like, the "Hui O He'e Nalu" sticker with the classic logo and such is still okay but only if the sticker is obviously old and worn out haha..

My fav one I had was the NSU sticker with the old skull on it. I had a big one on the back window of my '73 Celica that obviously had thick mirror tint all around brah.

The only thing I have left is my "TRY WAIT" sticker on my Justy.

What's funny is that these stickers are NOTHING compared to the full-back window tributes in old English vinyl and stuff you would see on the islands. Big lifted truck with NOR*CAL sticker might look silly, but it's nothing compared to a pink sparkly mini truck packed with ****ing swords or an '83 Toyota with an 18" lift on 44's.

Hell, don't get me started about the "Samoan Hulk"-themed minitruck I saw out in Wahiawa... Or the lifted Nissan Armada with the word "Tongan" written like the "Tapout" logo ALL OVER the vehicle with tapa cloth theme EVERYWHERE!

BWAHAHAHA... I always wanted to go to a Nissan dealer, get a TITAN emblem, and put it on minus the "N" on certain cars around town... I would probably get smashed if caught tho.. HAHAHA!!

Gawd, that's even worse than snapping off the "-ma" from a "Tacoma" emblem (an old coworker did that on his company car -- which was a Dodge Magnum ).

At least those wheels are on newer cars... Some of those idiots will put 30" wheels onto some POS american car from the 80's. One TIRE costs more than the entire car itself... I cant imagine how much all 4 tires and wheels cost. What happens when you get a flat tire? Do you take out a second mortgage?

I agree with the over sized wheels and what not but most we'll say "thugs" that do this have nice classic cars which they ruin by doing so. But when it comes to price per tire and price of car that's a pretty crazy statement you have.. For example today I went down to lawrence expressway and there was a nice chevelle, one of those cars is worth a lot. But of course he did have those dumb *** 30 inch chrome wheels...

Besides the over sized wheels, i'd say the stickers and what not is just lame let alone all these cars with body kits that look like a 9 year put them on. I dont really care for body kits period but when they are not even put on right they look even worse.

Even the low riders don't like the donk guys. Right up the street there is a guy with a really nice Chevelle but he has 22" chrome rims on it...maybe it was the same guy LOL? I can't imagine how it feels to drive one of those? I mean, it must be impossible to turn and you've lost any sort of accelleration unless you have redone the gearing. It is just idiotic. It is even better when they do it to a Camry

I love it when they put on a ridiculous fiberglass body kit only to crack it and then can't afford to do anything about it so they drive it around with half the lip hanging off

I also love it when people try to act like they've got something great when they have put rims and an exhaust on a Corolla S. Funny, I don't see too many automatic Corollas at the track?
