Stupid car trends

You know you've seen them.

#1 for me are the fake fender vents. OK, pretty simple to see that they not only don't go anywhere and they DON'T make your car look like it cost any more than you paid for it. It didn't just become luxury because you slapped these on. Seriously, are these people thinking?

#2 - I really, REALLY, don't care how many people are in your ****ing family. Is that so we know how many charred bodies to look for when you roll your aerostar over or what? This is information that literally benefits nobody. I just don't get it

You guys have others, I know it.

Meh everyone has their own agenda's when it comes to car modification. Whether you like it or not is irrelevant, it isn't your car at the end of the day. I'm sure you have a mod on your car I wouldn't like, same can be said for mine.

yeah I think people copy those portholes from the Chryslers, though i already thought they looked tacky on those cars, so they are copying a design element that already looked fugly, like when the Lexus is300 (altezza) came out in 2000, the first thing I said was everything looks good but those damn tail lights, next thing you see them on every damn civic on the road

ya and those little family stickers, I saw one one time when they had FIVE KIDS!

FIVE KIDS!?! You had five goddamn kids with how overpopulated this world is today?? Thats just irresponsible.

Anyhow, theres one ghetto car trend that worse than either of these

While this is very true, it still doesn't excuse fake vents. Even worse is when they aren't lined up or are in a place where they just shouldn't be.

Exactly. And then then include their dogs, cats, etc... so they have like 20 stickers back there. What do you do when those kids grow up? Gonna go out and scrape one off and put another adult on there because your adult kids live with you too? One of these days I will scrape all the heads off of one of these cars I can imagine the looks. Or get some stickers to add to them so you have beer bottles and cigarettes so they look like a REAL family lol.

Chrome is fine, but it has its place: on classic cars, harleys, and low riders

For me its those dolls hanging on the back of the bumper, JDM stickers on the rear window, stretched out tires and wide wheels with ridiculous offsets, etc..
There are so much more I can list, but like someone said up there.. at the end of the day, its not your car and not your taste, so it is what it is.

You think 5 is a lot? Then you haven't been to Watsonfail! I counted 9 one time, not including parents! But the norm is 5-7, I do like when they put the little names below each stick figure...there's always a "gordo" lol

We had some 'family' stickers made once. It was a happy 'dad', sad 'mom' and a coathanger. WIN!

I have a family too. I don't feel the need to advertise it on my car. It isn't a big deal; just expressing my opinion.

Call me paranoid, but the thing I don't like about the family stickers is that you are advertising to everyone how many people are in your family, good and bad. Almost everyone is good, but there are a few that are bad and up to no good.
