The parts ppl are cool. They've helped me with my 01rs. I think when most people say "the dealership" they're referring to the customer facing group, the salespeople. There are different parts to a dealership and I think the all perform differently at Stevens Creek Subaru.
I do know that there is a hottie asian chick who works at the tuning shop next door to Stevens Creek. Also, there's an asian saleswomen working at stevens creek. She's hot too.

I prefer private party sales when buying used. I'd rather talk to the actual owner of the car and not some wheeling and dealing salesman that would rip off their own mother to get a sale.
