Back to stock, then to the ref and then to court and have the fine reduced/thrown out.

I got one the second day i had my Blitz Nur Spec R exhaust put on . I drive everywhere and cops see me all the time when i had my Greddy evo 2 on and never got hassled! Got a ticket for modified exhaust "Excessive noise from muffler". My mods are catless up/downpipe blitz nur spec r catback with resonator. I told the cop i bought it online and is under the legal limit of 95 DB's. which i knew it wasn't LOL. So he then had me rev it at 3k RPM took 2 sound clips thinking he was cool which isn't really legal to judge by noise level. db tests must be done in a sound eliminating environment. then i was on my way straight to a local speaker shop where they conduted 2 diff db test. my exhaust made 89-91 db's? it was mid-day, i have light tinted window, i was cruising, shifting at low RPM's, the exhaust is also hi-temp painted black all the way to the tip. BUT im more than certain he pulled me over cause i had 4 ppl in my car including me LOL. I am putting it back to stock from the tuboback and then getting it signed off. then going to put it back on. Anyone have a silencer i can use to quiet it.
