I fail and ordered the collector edition.. if Someone was smart... they'd order 50 of those.. then hold 49 and resell later on when the value goes up. happens in all games when the game gets older and folks want the limited edition kinda stuff. Anywho =P, I dont have a few grand to invest in such things, but if I did I'd definitely do it.

I downloaded it off of Blizzard......so I didn't get the cool box and stuff
Played a little bit of single player campaign last night. I've always sucked at playing Terran, so I don't have an unbiased opinion yet
I wasn't happy to find the display getting choppy when I've got lots of units on the screen. Dell Core2Duo, 4GB memory, Windows XP.....I think it's the cheapo/crappy video card, though.
Now I have to make a choice between buying a new TV or a new laptop/desktop

Hahaha I'm very close to that conclusion as well. I guess it all depends on how my PC handles the game when I start playing with my friends......which I expect to be abysmal LOL
Oh, in case anyone needs system requirements:

...the game's menu screens aren't framerate-limited. This means that when there's nothing else going on, your graphics hardware renders the bejeezus out of those screens, causing nasty overheating problems. The fix is easy, requiring players to add the following lines to your "Documents\StarCraft II\variables.txt" file:
frameratecapglue=30
frameratecap=60
frameratecapglue=30
frameratecap=60
