I have this really loud high pitch squeaking noise somewhere in my car. It only happens when the car gets really hot. It happens while driving and when im idleing. I took off my heatshield, and it still squeaks. I checked my exhaust, and im wondering if its where the exhaust and dp bolt up. When ever i try to shake my exhaust it doesnt reproduce the sound so im not 100% sure if its the exhaust or not (BTW it happend on my old exhaust). When i took off my midpipe and ran open DP it didnt really happen but there was still a little bit of squeaking. Im not sure on what it is but its really annoying -.-. Anyone else have this problem? Advice is much appreciated lol. Im starting to wonder if its my uppipe heatshield or not

Could Be some bushings maybe? Heat likes to make things expand. Just saying lol

hmm squeaking noise from the exhaust is weird. Normally it would be a rattle of some sort. Is the noise constant while you drive? Have you looked at the brakes?

 

Fan belt?

 

i doubt its the fan belt. Later this week ima change the gaskets on the exhausts and see if that gets rid of the squeaking
