Sorry about today everyone :(
Everything was great until we ran out of food and had 40 people sit there hungry... we ended up buying 60 cheeseburgers from InNout for them... again, sorry.
I tried to get just the right amount of food for everyone... 125lbs of meat, 50lbs of potato salad, tons of bread and suchs... beans, corns, veggie burgers, etc... I thought it'd be enough to feed 200-300 people... but some people took a bit too much and ended up wasting a ton of food, which kinda ruins it for everyone... also, the whole number system was ignored which sort of bothers me. Anyhow, sorry about that whole thing, and I hope you all had a good time.
I'm off.
Daniel

Thank you Daniel, for setting up such a great event, once again, and putting together dedicated volunteers to make it happen.

You did a great job. Problem is people disregard that fact that there were a bunch of other people not being feed when getting their seconds. Come on now, who the heck eats a pound of trip tip, thinking all you can eat buffet?

You're the man, Daniel. People taking and wasting food without thought for others in attendance can't be blamed on you. You did an awesome job by quickly getting things rolling with In 'n Out food and paying for it out of pocket in addition to all of the food you'd already purchased.
I had a great time - it makes me wish I'd made it last year. Next year for sure

Daniel,
Thanks again for the Hammy meet...You did everything you could to organize a great event but some people come to these things and think its a friggin SMORG-A-BORG, tasteless and no class if you ask me but at any rate.......................THANKS FOR A GREAT DAY.

Nice job Dan. Thanks for organizing.
Next year, I think it would be better if the people who pay in advance actually get priority on the food. My fam and I got jacked by many of the fatties overeating the BBQ.

Had a good time, Daniel. I appreciate you doing this once again. We just need servers (those that have a high number and haven't eaten yet and rotate them out with people that are done eating etc.) and someone to enforce the number system and everything will be good. People will understand if/when we do this next year.
