Hey... I had a pretty good time.. Dan, I didn't know you were Brucelee... hehe Great job on the meet. I gave 10 bux,.. didn't get a cheeseburger or any meat... but that's cool... I went and got me the royal treatment down at McDonalds, 20 piece nuggets, a big mac and small fries (no, not on a diet, you get the same amount as a medium and pay less On a side note... You know.. it's funny, while going back home, eating nuggets and bigmac and fries, going 85-90 mph... you doing really notice the amount one eats until it's all gone in such little time)... but back on track, cool beans Dan, you're hella tall. I know that was random... back again, No meat, no burger, but that's good... I have enough meat for everyone (Who likes Chinese food?) The ten bux is for a job well done... Mmmm... well done like a steak. I'm hungry! Peace!

Daniel,
Things seemed to go pretty well I thought, minus the food thing. Having dedicated food servers with a ticketing system would have worked much better as others have said.

I am sure with this much suby love, there will be a next year.

Usually when annual events first start out it is not very organized. Anybody been to defcon? If you look back at the defcon archives (www.defcon.org) in its early days things were not as organized.
To pull off an event with more then 100 people you need to have much planning, and a team of people to keep others in line, etc...

I will help out next year for sure if your still down.

It is all good Dan, it was a great event nonetheless, and besides, I didn't go to the meet for the bbq anyways, I came to see all the subies, and there were A LOT of subies. Seeing a line of subies on the freeway is an awesome sight, that alrdy made my day. So dont worry about the food man, everything is cool. =D

And we should definitely have another meet next year, dont let me down man. =D

If we're still in the area next year, I could probably convince my wife to organize the food/etc. She's done a bunch of big shindigs for her company...we're thinking of doing that as a side job.

Dang, I didn't know people were gonna go get food. I went up to Lick Observatory, was gonna go back to the meet, but was getting hungry so I decided to go down and get some food.

The food problem was minor. The meet was still awesome. Thank you for all those responsible for putting together a great meet. I got to see many cars and different styles. Got to meet with fellow I-clubbers and what not.. It's all good.

Hopefully there will be another one next year!

Don't be sorry Dan...for an event w/ over 200 people, things will not always go as planned. Maricel and I had a great time and it was cool to see all those Subies in one place. Can't wait till next year.

Dan, you rock. The meet was great. The food was only a minor issue. Sorry I didn't help cook like I promised, but the other guys told me they had it under control.

Great event, Dando!

No worries! With any event, there will always be people that take advantage of the "system". Happened to out track day. Happened to this event. No worries. Every year, we get bigger and better.

Amen!
