to be honest, I'm not sure about other cars. I know about the skyline since I went through it (and still am).

I am pretty sure they won't care too much about the GC8 as long as its been brought in legally. Depends on year it was produced as well. but I can say, if you're trying to get it titled and reg'd in CA, it probably won't happen.

You'll need to go through an importer, pay huge fees, get the car inspected by DOT - most likely get rejected by DOT for a few carb items and emissions, and then you can pay more fees to get the car into the US. But most likely, not into CA.

Hmmm there goes my dream of importing a 22B, I'm probably gonna pay the same price tag in a form of fees just to register a GC8 here.

Eh probably not, but my car isnt rare here, its a trade off.
