Let's start a big thread up about how we take our cars to Stevens creek subaru in San Jose and they warranty all of our modded STI's?
EPA has new standards for rating hp and all japanese cars have less actual hp then published.

SOA would get a clash-action lawsuit thrown their way if this reflash gossip is true. Changing the horsepower of your car, whether changed by electronics or otherwise, is a breach of contract with the customer. A 275hp Sti isn't the 300hp Sti that was purchased, it's just too much of a discrepancy for people to overlook and not b*tch out Subaru and it's crappy, warranty-shredding dealerships.
If subaru decreases the power or performance in my car by any amount they will be buying back my car.
That would be awesome.
