Oh damn! That was you! I'm sorry to hear that. I passed by and was gonna stop but the California Highway Pigs were already there so I went on. That looked pretty nasty. My girl friend got a call from one of her girlfriends saying that she was on the freeway and thought I had been in an accident. I have an 03 PSM wagon that looks just like yours and she freaked and called me cuz she new I was around the area. Again, sorry to hear that, but glad you're still walking. If they call it totalled are you gonna consider another Subie?

dont go light on the pain.
i got in an accident in my integra last year, i got hit at a headstop and the guy ran into me going about 25 mph, and my back/nect got way messed up from something as little as that. i went to the doctor and i have a pinched nerve, and my lawyer is talking about a 100k settlement plus medical costs.
it sucks but get the money you deserve from this accident.
and just cause you dont feel it now, doesnt mean you wont feel it 3 months from now or even a year from now.. somethings dont showup right away.

damn man.. sorry to hear that. I actually passed by you as well on 680 and wondered if it was an i-clubber. Cops had already stopped by then and everyone was out of their cars and seemed to be ok. Glad there are no serious injuries... cars can always be replaced.

that sucks man. I'd say def. totalled. Nice wagon...I say you start with a black 06.
and take it from experience.....GO to the doctor. Whether you're feeling it now or not you could have some damage. I had a back injury that went untreated and way later I just dropped...found out I was one small knock away from feeling it. No money for me. Go to the doctor get the doctor bills paid and let the lawyers figure out how much they need to pay you.

Yeah I'm gonna go to a doctor tomorrow and get my back/neck looked at. Then I'll have to deal with what I'm gonna do with the car. I got so much invested, not sure whether to start taking stuff out, or just leave everything as is, and let insurance take care of it. Hope Farmers doesn't screw me over.

I got into an accident a little over a month ago and the guy smashed in my 2 driver side doors and damaged my wheels. I have farmers too and im finally going to get some money to fix it. Im going to talk to them tomorrow to see how much i can get for the car and wheels. The tow truck driver also messed up my car a couple of days ago. I had to get it towed and he ripped off my cusco front lip and cracked it into two pieces. Hopefuly ill get the money out of that too. I hope farmers doesnt screw ppl over for aftermarket stuff.

I have had Farmers insurance and have been in several accidents (including one rearending job in my wagon a few months ago on the freeway, also) and they have ALWAYS been good to me. Never had any problems. It's always been the other insurance companies that are a pain in the a**.
