Subarus only have 1 exhaust manifold header so when you modify it have 2 headers of course you're going to fail. Simple solution is just to take one of the header off the car ......

FYI in the case of an aftermarket header it is a single Header, but in the case of Stock it's Exhaust manifolds and cross pipe not headers or header.
