Looking for Visual Test Friendly Smog Station

I need help finding a smog station, preferably in the east bay, that will pass the visual test portion. I took my car to a few local stations and passed the function and emmissions test but wouldn't pass me with the visual test because of a catless dp.

Any help is appreciated

I have found the staff at every smog test I have gone to to be quite friendly. They have been nice and offered me coffee and magazines and stuff.

No one on this board know what a "friendly smog shop" is and or means. Im sure the local PD can direct you to the kind of establishment you speak of..

Now gtfo.

the effort you are making to try to find a shop that will overlook a catless dp, easily could have been put into finding and installing a stock downpipe and passing normally

Haha. Good point. Being 16/17 whatever you are means you could've only smogged maybe once? poking fun.

Go to a referee station, tell them your situation, and ask them directions to a shop that can help you out.
