Meh, I see where you guys are coming from but I just don't understand why he would email the student saying, "I’ve been thinking about last night and I have come to the conclusion that I made a terrible mistake in how I handled that situation" and then tells her he would change her grade to a B- because it's the "right thing to do" if he didn't do anything wrong... doesn't make sense. Especially if it is for something as serious as plagiarism, as he claimed.
