I hope he learned his lesson, but if he didn't, I'm sure he'll have plenty of time to think about it. I'd call the CHP, and let them know how he was driving beforehand, just so they have the truth...

Of course, the funniest thing is that the roof was crushed in. Stupid designers build something that sucks that bad, then they deserve to be punished too. Subaru's Forester is built to withstand a rollover (yes, I'm talking from experience) where none of the windows broke, and the A pillars withstand that amount of force.

He deserved it, though.

 

Ditto that. Make sure the asshat doesn't get out of it by blaming some fantom hit and run driver.

 

I would not be surprised if he did not make up the hit and run to cheat on the insurance.

side note...traffic was insane yesterday. raiders/niners/giants. I went to the giants game. I seriously nearly lost it on 101 on my way home. Oh man...I nearly turning into the free way version of mike tyson.

 

Was this accident near Healdsberg 101, or elsewhere? I don't konw the area too well.
