Being arrested for being intoxicated in public should not happen unless the the person is being disorderly or violent.

One time I was roaming downtown SJ going to (then) Angels to collect $$, some drunk/high asian dude propositioned me and my white buddy...AS a cop was driving by.
As in he thought you and your white buddy were male prostitutes....?________
