A running specialty store in Menlo Park called The Runner's High. The owner is a young guy who is a certified pedorthist and wouldn't mind taking a look at your foot and giving you some suggestions on how to deal with it. I also know a fair bit about anatomy from the hips down but he would probably be more helpful for your particular condition.
