well if GM gives you the whole car, and have you trick it out for shows, then I'm sure you would do something similar. It does grip, and has about 300hp to the wheels...and I believe those are show wheels unless you seriously think my friend would use those wheels to track, oh wait, nvm, lol

I had a couple of the 50cc Ruckus's here. A yellow one and a black one. I think they look great and certainly do get great mileage but they were too slow and, to top it off, had poor brakes.
Now I'm riding a GT200 Vespa, it's much faster, gets about 65-70mpg and I can take it on the freeway if I want.
Doesn't look as cool as the Ruckus IMHO but I like it.
