I think I pretty much hit every open area. But because I didn't feel like hiking along Tuck's, I missed a few spots btwn Koala chair & Cornice.

Oh, and it snowed during the last hour or so of the day.

Yep. The light shower started abt 2:15, then stopped a li'l before 4:00.

While no significant accumulation, it was nice to see actual snowfall. Plus, it was awesome to hear peeps saying, "Yay! It's snowing!" & whatnot.

Just the AlpineReplay (I guess the current version is called Trace Snow) app on my phone.

I had no clue there was an actually tracking device. Pretty nifty. But although the app is a battery hog, I ain't got the need nor the dough to buy the tracker.

 

Hopefully, you held out like Steve suggested. Even if you pulled the triggered and hit the slopes today, The Wood is looking to stay open for another month. So you could always do another craigslist come-up on tix.

I have yet to enjoy a powder day this season since we've had another LOW snowfall year and I haven't been able to shred as much and when I'd like to. So if we do see a decent storm in early April as some model runs are indicating, I gotta do my damnedest to make it out there!

On Tues, I already left a half case of a mix of Gatorade & H2O along w/ a box of Clifbars, and by all means have at that stuff for Sat's shreddin.

 

Im off all day tomorrow, minus waiting for my window to get replaced midday (car got vandalized, skis got stolen too ) but I'm ready to roll out anytime after 2ish. Gonna have to ski my old busted skis.
