I went to kirkwood on the 3rd. They had two chairs open, got to ride for a few hours and break in the legs again.
Subaru is the offical vehicle of kirkwood, that would be a good place to caravan up to someday.

From San Francisco & Sacramento, take Interstate 80 to Hwy 50 to the Kingsbury Grade cutoff to Hwy 395 south to Hwy 203; 320 miles.

From Sac we found going 80 to Reno to 395 south the fastest way.

The 50 to the Kingsbury Grade route seems to be a bit longer due to the road travled. Plus you can stop in Reno and hit the strip clubs...but then I guess it will take longer than 4.5hrs

be careful...

and no I don't ride boreal. I quit riding park a while back and that's the only reason to go to boreal.

only time I've ever had fun there we built a kicker off the riders left side coming down from the top lift. Was PERFECT. Easy 40 feet of carry. Got interviewed by the press one year there.

I stopped riding there like 10 years ago..haaa. Well...8. No more park for me and that means no more boring hill. Plus I can't stand dealing with the gromes and the punks that talk **** if you can't or don't like to throw down on the rails.

let those little bastards try to follow me through the trees in 3 feet of powder in the steeps....I'll call their mommy when I get to the bottom.

Boreal is for beginners plain and simple. There are a lot of **** talkers there. Amen.

Got a Sierra/Northstar pass this year. Anybody been up since the dump?

Cliff you around?

I will be up in south lake staying off of pioneer trail from dec 30th til the 1st. Going to sierra most likely. (No black out dates there!) but it will be a mad house.

One man army where you ridin at this year?

E
