yeah theres some really ricey cars out here. theres IMO there's less civic/integ ricers but more average day cars done totally wrong.

That is not rice, it is more baller status...SoCal baller that is.

As for traffic;

Actual Norcal = no traffic, so keep out and we will keep it that way

Bay Area = People cannot drive for ****, and there are WAY too many of them!
So Cal = People cannot drive for ****, but there is more room, and EVERY HIGHWAY does not come together at the same spot
