Worth ever mile. Its such a rush to be on dirt. This just brings me every step closer to doing what i would love to do. All i need is a sponsor to pay for gas and stuff. I mean i go to enough of these events. LOL. Im no different then anyone else just trying to get experience in racing. so its worth the drive in everyway.

I used to commute to Thunderhill from Santa Cruz to go to the rallycrosses. Now I commute from San Jose to go to the rallycrosses...not that much shorter. After driving around to rallies, though, Thunderhill seems almost like it's nearby.

This will be my third time up there this week. I was up there last weekend for the rallycross, again on Wednesday for a track day (in the Miata), and I'll be up there this weekend for the next rallycross. Considering that I was at Rim the week before, I'm about ready for a break. Sheesh.

Are 2725 - 2728 me during the fun runs? If so, I'd like to point out the skill and finess of the drift in 2727. Front wheels pointed into the turn, all the wheels slipping slightly, digging for traction...perfect!

Never mind that it's 30 feet off the apex.

Here's one of Megan testing out the drift-worthiness of the STi.
