****, gotta monkey myself again. Twice in one day.
Good luck makin' it work TurnWRX.
ps - honestly, I can't stand working on Mac's, but it's mostly because we only have two here (and 400+ DELLS!) When you don't work on something frequently, you forget how to fix it.

If it is a PC ISO CD it is possible it wont show up in the Finder.
What OS version are you running?
The Newest WMP is available with MSN for MacOSX, which is lame cause you have to install MSN to get get it, and then delete MSN, cause like why would you want that?
.wmv files should play fine, once you can reach them.

another mac question
since you guys started on the mac topic, i have a mac related question:
i was given the task to setup airport at work to an existing LAN in the office, so that a wireless powerbook could be connected. being a pc person, i am pretty clueless as it comes down to macs. I plugged the airport into an open port on the existing hub. I get internet connection from the powerbook, but i cannot see the other computers in the network, anyone know how I could fix this problem?

vapor: Most likely the AirPort base station is acting as a router, setting up its own network behind the base station.
Simply uncheck "Distribute IP Addresses" in the AirPort admin utility, as shown here:
http://www.vonwentzel.net/ABS/Config...ork/index.html
Then your wireless clients will act as if they were connected to the wired LAN.
