I agree...police take the easy way out by writing tickets for exhaust problems when they could be arresting the hundreds of people in the city shooting up and smoking drugs on the streets, harassing tourists and locals etc. etc. And now 57 people are dead in San Francisco and I doubt there will be many of those homicides solved. What a crock.

Have you ever been pulled over by a cop and had a problem?

That really sucks! Most cops are not like that. There are always going to be these police officers that are on a power trip. Chp tend to be more power hungry and tend to be dicks! City police officers are usually better. I wish that they could get rid of these morons with badges!

True, but will it stand up in court. That is how most cases are won, not becuase the person is necessarily innocent, but did the cops break any laws during the investigation/interrogation.

really, there is so much stuff out there, and so many different cars, how are they going to know if it's modified or stock, there are plenty of OEM's using parts from aftermarket companies (ie: Mazda using Racing Hart suspension, Scion using AEM stuff).

If my car had factory or dealer-installed aftermarket performance options, I'd carry a photocopy of the options list that was affixed to the window when I bought the car (if it was new).
