Props to Livermore Subie

I called for an appointment on Tues, dropped the car off at 11pm that night. I left them a note explaining that I needed the cruise recall fix, the floor mat TSB fix, and the clutch shudder TSB fix.

I had them fix the clutch shudder a year ago, but according to the invoice, they used the original clutch part numbers, not the updated parts. So the problem came back.

Anyways, they were cool about it, and got the whole thing taken care of (including authorization from SOA) by 5pm Wed.
Also they washed the car and armor-alled my new tires.
I know they don't have a great reputation on the forums but they did great in my case.

I think the tsb is not for the floor mat, but for the latch or hook that is in your car that holds the mat in place.
