Two WRX Sedan Sightings: WRB in San Ramon and Sedona Red in Livermore
Sunday afternoon 2/9/03:
I was in white WRX wagon driving south on Alcosta near Montevideo and you were in a WRB sedan driving north, both gave the subie wave (or maybe he flipped me off
).
The other was a red WRX with OZ superlegga's, lightly tinted windows, stock exhaust and a nasty bump on the drivers side rear fender. I saw this car parked outside of Me and Ed's pizza in Livermore.

i saw him too
i saw the WRB sedan at about 1PM on sunday... we were both leaving the Albertson's on Alcosta & San Ramon Rd at the same time... we waved at each other, and went our separate ways... so i doubt he was flipping you off
