Hey, I'm obviously new here, but my dad is considering purchasing a WRX wagon, and Livermore Subaru quoted him the lowest price! I was just curious if anybody had any experience with them, positive or negative.
My dad wanted an AWD car for going skiing, my brother has a '99 Forester and it's great! He liked the little Outback Sport, so I said, why not get the WRX for a little extra fun, and, it has side airbags, for safety!
Thanks for your help, I am looking forward to becoming part of the i-club

I purchased my WRX from Livermore.
I made four visits before we sat down.
My frist visit was with the fleet sale manager, he could care-less about selling one car. A waste of time.
The general sales team cut me a very good deal.
I was more than satisfied with the over all transaction that evening.
My opinion of the service department is that they are very average. The two fellows I've had to deal with either know nothing, have no personality, don't care or have been told to simply type in the owners name and address and discuss
nothing- very disappointing customer interface.
But the service techs do give good feed back if you can corner them - they'll talk to you. So I rate the overall service as a 5 on a scale of 1-10 .
Rough I know, but we buy these cars for a reason, they're our pets and we want to discuss our pets, right?

Cool, my dad got it from Livermore
Just waiting to get the leather seats finished. (Hopefully by tomorrow). Interestingly enough we took a test drive from Stevens Creek first, just to try and find a place away from the Walnut Creek dealer. I have no idea what would happen with them, but what was funny was going behind the dealer I saw a driveway with four Miatas and a house next door with an SVX... funky
