Ok so this is really the first time ive had to vent today. Yesterday i took my car in for an oil change. I get it back a couple of hours later so im cool and go home. Today i come out and inspect my car and noticed that im missing a lug nut on the passenger rear tire. A closer look and i realize that the other 4 lugs can be pulled off by hand. I couldnt belive it. I go around an noticed that some of the other other lugs are loose. So now i have to go down there tomorrow and be like wtf? I need a new dealership. Livermore subaru has to be the worst place ever.

 

first make sure it's not a local a-hole who's trying to steal your wheels or lug nuts.

dont jump to conclusions that just because they worked on it, they did something funny.

you said you took it home and slept on it.

 

I can't figure out why they would have removed your wheels to do an oil change

probably not the dealer, man.

 

Could be because they were performing a tire rotation too?

 

except his post says he took it in for an oil change not a tire rotation.

 

The tire rotation is performed at 7500 miles with the oil change. Also the car sat in my garage.

I rotate and change oil ever 3k miles.

 

Dont ever take your car in to a dealership for simple things like an oil change! It cost way to much, and its a simple task that you can do in the house, if not...then take it to a GOOD local shop.
