Miss that car.
Miss that car.
I also got the chance to drive the "underpowered" FRS at autox this past Sunday. I had more than enough power to have fun and get into trouble

My first car was a 1968 BMW 2002 with a 1600 rear end, dual weber side draft, super sprint header and a Shrick 292 cam. It was green and named the, "Turtle." It may have been named the Turtle but that sucker moved like a spotted ape
My first speeding ticket was in a Honda pilot. I beat an is300 lmao
Also...I did several j turns in my old 89 Camry...neutral drops, full speed in reverse to drive drops. Lets just say it didn't last long since I jumped it a few times in Sunol and cracked the tranny fluid pan.

Here's more proof from the ChumpCar race this weekend. Two horribly underpowered cars (both with EJ22s; the Bug is swapped).
Very fun racing however. I feel like seat time in a momentum car improves my driving much more than just relying on horsepower.

In my experience -
I've never driven a powerful car and gotten out of it and said to myself "well that wasn't fun"
I've driven many underpowered cars, and some of them were no fun at all...example you ask? Mistubishi mirage (just plain gutless and just couldn't turn) I got angry at how bad it was haha
I also find that every car that I've driven different models of, the more powerful one is always "more fun"
2.5i vs my wrx
2.5i legacy vs 3.6r
Nonvtec integra/civic vs gsr/si
Z3 coupe vs mcoupe
Base lancer vs eeeevo (that's for you hide)
Acura tl vs tl-s
Non turbo 240 vs sr20 swapped
And I could continue...
Guess I'm the minority on this one...
