Pop Quiz, what needs replacing on this car?

Well, taking a quick stab at it...
My oberservations are that the plugs are BKR7EVX-11 (Designation 11 is pre-gapped to .042") Assuming no-one gapped the plugs correctly, they are wrong.
Far left plug, obviously looks black, not pure oil or fuel, so possible broken ring land.
Anyways, that's my $.01 from a far....
So, when do we get to find out Mike?

had to edit my post said 8 before not 6. I thought they stopped making the BKR7EVX-11's? Only come in iridium now right?
LIC Motorsports aren't you guys mechanics? If so I hope you are right. Hard to tell with just pictures I guess. Leak down test would isolate the rings.

The gappings on the plugs look to have been within spec (or probably were 100% when installed 25k ago).
I will have pictures up of the damage shortly after lunch tomorrow but as it stands right now a safe assumption is rings.
