can't really tell, but looks like oil on the threads of 2 of the plugs.....can't be good

valve cover gasket, or head gasket is my guess,leaning more towards the VC gasket though.

Possibly water in the fuel system. Are all the plugs that way?

Look closely at the tips of the plugs in particular the first plug from the left.

My final guess is: the car that those plugs came out of needs new piston rings in the cylinder that the left most plug came out of. I'm not great with mechanic stuff...but that's my best guess.

I lied...this will be my last guess...after looking at some other stuff, I think this car is running rich in that cylinder. So maybe it needs the stock BOV put back on.

Then it needs (a) new injector(s). Or a new MAF sensor.
