When getting on HWY 17 today, I saw an unfamiliar car go by. It looked like a cross between a S200 and the new Viper, and it was black. It was driving along side an old school black 5.0 LX. I got close enough to see the Esperante and the back of the car. I also saw the emblem, and said, WHOA, a Panoz. I had never seen one on the streets before. It was really nice looking.

They started playing in and out of traffic. As I turned around the bend, the 5.0 was still within sight, but the Panoz was gone. I never saw it again. It took off. If I had gotten close to it, I would have taken a picture. But this is what the Panoz looks like that I saw.

I saw a black one last month in a parking garage downtown San Jose... maybe it's the same one? I parked right next to it.

 

It might be. It had a black velvet top, kinda like the Mercedes convertibles have. Kinda sad it only has 320hp for $86k.

We have a blue one I see cruisin around Novato once in a while. Its really nice and has like a vanilla cream leather interior.
