Well, someone apparently stole a plant in front of our house tonight. My mom just came home and asked me what happened to our red flower plant. I said I dunno, it was there when I took out the trash.

Just wondering, but who the **** steals plants planted into the ground?

i heard about plant/tree theives on the news a few weeks ago. the media thinks they are "cheap" landscapers who steal them for their projects, etc.

 

wow! what the hell? some of the neighbor kids keep stealing our sprinkler heads. only god knows what they're doing with them.

My mom is frickin mad about her plants, and a few months ago someone did in fact steal about 6 or 7 plants out of their front yard! They live in Burlingame...

If I came out and found some jackass yanking plants from my front yard, I'd kick him in the back of the head, unless it was a really hot chick. Then I'd just tie her up (for sh|ts n giggles) and call the cops.

 

I dunno what kinda plant it is, it's a purplish redish plant.

on the subject of theft: a few weeks ago i helped some folks move into a new apartment on 25th street at geary in SF. my friend drank half a redbull and i had an odwalla unopened. i put both of them right in front of the door of the house we were working on, four people were walking in and out of the house carrying stuff, and when we were all done i look outside and someone stole both of the drinks. WHO STEALS AN OPEN SODA?! WHO!!!!??? i was so mad and that is a safe neighborhood too. i hope the person who stole it got diarrhea from the red bull hahaha!!

Here in Vegas people keep stealing the small palm trees, so they now implant the tree with a micro chip that has a tracer in it. It is sad when you have to micro chip a plant.

 

thought that was only done on pets at SPCA.

 

It is rather common to do out here with catutus, because there are some that are illegal to remove from the wild and so they do it to track legal ones.
