Overfilled transmission fluid 5 speed

So I overfilled my transmission fluid on my 2004 wrx, how can I drain some of it out? Is there something I can suck the fluid out with? Any suggestions?

I don't have one but perhaps someone could loan you a fluid extractor.

I put in probably almost a quart but I don't even think it needed any.. I was hearing a squeak from a full stop starting in first and I just thought it was the tranny so I added it blindly then checked the dipstick and its too damn full...

I dont know how easy it is to access the transmission fluid, but I know Daiso has the long syphon which might help.

You can grab a gear oil/transmission pump from any auto parts store, siphon the excess from the dipstick of the transmission. Otherwise you might have open up the drain plug underneath.
